There are so many of these sites, I can’t begin to keep up. Whenever I find one, I put it up here. These are sites that, for the most part, are a waste of your money. Any site (like that offers Twitter packages to sell your books is generally a lost cause. If you know of, or have tried others and failed, let me know.
